Cardiovascular Health & Longevity

Reduced risk of fatal cardiovascular diseases (CVD):

Multiple long-term (20+ years), population-based studies following Finnish men have shown a powerful inverse, dose-dependent relationship. Men who used saunas 4–7 times per week had a 63% lower risk of sudden cardiac death and a 50% lower risk of fatal cardiovascular disease compared to those who used a sauna only once per week.
