These terms govern your use of the Löyly&Stone website and the enquiries you make through it, including our online sauna configurator. By using this site you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Löyly&Stone designs and crafts bespoke, luxury saunas to individual commission. Every project is unique: the configurator on this site is a design starting point, not an online shop, and submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or obligation on either side.

A binding agreement for design, manufacture and installation arises only when we issue a written quotation and you accept it, at which point separate project terms will apply.

We source and select only premium sauna-grade timbers suited to decades of heat cycling and British weather. Depending on the design, this can include Western Red Cedar for its natural warmth and durability, Thermo Aspen for its pale, stable grain, and charred Shou Sugi Ban timber for dramatic texture and enhanced weather resistance.

Because wood is a natural material, grain, colour and character will vary between boards and batches. We celebrate these variations as part of the bespoke character of every cabin, and we will always confirm the intended materials and finishes in your written quotation.

Because each sauna is bespoke, prices shown or discussed before a formal quotation are indicative only. Final pricing depends on your chosen style, size, materials, heater, site conditions and installation requirements, and is confirmed in a written quotation valid for the period stated on it.

We take care to ensure the information on this site is accurate and current, including our writing on sauna tradition and wellbeing. However, content is provided for general information only and may be updated without notice.
